Stuck In A Video Game World

Every day I wake up surprised I haven't been deleted. This guy Ramirez figured out how to do arbitrary code execution, and he's trying to rebuild the game to be more functional, but a lotta people oppose him.

People get invincibility frames when opening doors, so a ton of people walk around using doors as shields, opening and walking through them whenever they're about to get hit.

There was supposed to be a racing minigame, but people figured out how to escape the map, so we have an unlimited source of car parts. About 35% of all weapons forged are made from the anachronistic vehicles that spawn from races.

Everyone bunny-hops everywhere.

There're two distinct magic systems which have literally no interaction with each other, and Ramirez theorizes that there's actually a third. There's some unique stuff in each, like one is more elemental and the other is more like DnD, but there's so much damn overlap. Both systems have a 'Detect Magic' spell, but they can only detect magic from their system. The thought is that the God of this world pinched a magic system from another world, then tried making one based off of that, then got bored and abandoned the project.

You always deal a minimum of 1 damage, and everything has HP. I'll let you draw your own conclusions on that.

Anyways I'm glad I'm stuck in this world rather than playing whatever Bethesda's latest release is.
